Submit a Multimedia File
Multimedia files are submitted through the MySPIE manuscript submission wizard along with your paper. To include a multimedia file in the online publication of your SPIE Conference Proceedings paper follow these steps:
- Proceed through the MySPIE.org Submission Wizard for submitting your manuscript.
- A new section has been added to allow you to upload your multimedia files.
- Please upload them in the same order they are referenced in your paper.
- You may reorder files in the submission wizard as necessary.
- When you are asked to approve your paper for publication, you will also need to review the multimedia files.
Your paper, with the associated multimedia files, will be published on the SPIE Digital Library 2 to 4 weeks after the meeting has concluded. Your multimedia files will be accessible from your paper's abstract page on the SPIE Digital Library, by clicking on the link within the PDF of your paper, or by typing in the URL found in the printed Proceedings of SPIE.

Manuscript Revisions
If a revision to your manuscript is requested, either by SPIE staff or by the Conference Chair, you will have five business days to submit your revision.
- For Post-meeting Proceedings (manuscript due date one month before conference, papers published shortly after conference), manuscript revisions are accepted until the Monday following the last day of the conference.
- For On-site Proceedings (manuscript due date ten weeks before conference, papers published on the first day of conference), manuscript revisions are accepted until two weeks after the manuscript due date.
Please do not submit a draft of your paper with the intent of later submitting a revised final version. If you are under pressure to submit your paper, but need more time to finalize it, contact the SPIE staff proceedings coordinator for theconference/volume in which your paper/presentation belongs, and ask if due date extensions are available.
